About the Role
We are seeking a skilled **CMM Engineer** to join our payments technology team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and customization of the **ACI Card & Merchant Management (CMM)** platform.
You will play a key role in supporting end-to-end merchant acquiring processes including onboarding, transaction processing, settlement, and reconciliation, while ensuring system reliability in a high-performance payments environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance functionalities within the **ACI CMM platform**
- Manage and improve:
- Merchant onboarding
- Terminal management
- Settlement & reconciliation
- Pricing and reporting
- Integrate ACI CMM with external systems (payment switches, core banking, middleware, third-party platforms)
- Develop and maintain APIs, batch jobs, and file-based integrations
- Work with **ISO 8583 messaging** and payment workflows
- Perform database development using **Oracle, SQL & PL/SQL**
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, infrastructure)
- Ensure compliance with **PCI-DSS** and internal standards
RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in payment systems or fintech
- Hands-on experience with **ACI Card & Merchant Management (CMM)** or similar platforms
- Strong exposure to **merchant acquiring and payment processing**
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in:
- ACI CMM platform
- Merchant acquiring lifecycle
- POS and terminal management
- Settlement & reconciliation
- Proficiency in:
- Oracle Database
• Sql / Pl-Sql
- Experience in:
• Java / J2EE (preferred)
- Linux/Unix environments + shell scripting
- Knowledge of:
• REST / SOAP APIs
- Batch processing & file handling
- ISO8583 messaging
- EMV standards & payment schemes (Visa, Mastercard)
- PCI-DSS compliance
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in high-pressure production environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
