Join Pinnacle Service Families as Service Delivery Manager for the Defence Accommodation Stores (DAS) service.
The service supplies furniture, white goods and household items to military families in Service Family Accommodation.
Work alongside the DAS Operations Manager and serve as the main contact for the client and strategic delivery partner.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships and delivery-partner performance, service standards and contractual compliance.
- Monitor risks, issues, service failures, KPIs and performance; drive resolution and continuous improvement.
- Support commercial activities, contract variations, client moves, finance and billing.
- Lead projects and service enhancements, and provide DAS process and systems guidance.
- Oversee procurement, storage, delivery, recovery, refurbishment and disposal across the asset lifecycle.
Key requirements
- Proven experience managing service delivery contracts, performance, compliance and stakeholders.
- Experience managing client, supplier and operational-team relationships and supplier performance.
- Strong stakeholder-management, communication, analytical and decision-support skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally as required.
