The role manages end-to-end IT services and client relationships and is described as working in Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities
- Manage airline and aviation client IT service delivery and serve as the primary client and stakeholder contact.
- Ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards; monitor performance and identify improvements.
- Coordinate technical, operational, and support teams to resolve service issues.
- Manage incidents, problems, service requests, and escalations, including timely resolution of critical issues.
- Prepare performance reports, conduct service reviews, and identify risks and corrective or preventive actions.
- Support ITIL-based service management and effective communication between business and technical teams.
Requirements
- Airline or aviation industry experience is mandatory; candidates without it will not be considered.
- Experience as a Service Delivery Manager or in a similar IT service-management role.
- Strong IT service-management and ITIL knowledge; experience managing SLAs, KPIs, service performance, and escalations.
- Strong client and stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination experience.
- Excellent English communication, problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred qualifications and experience
- ITIL certification is preferred.
- Airline IT systems, aviation technology, or airport-environment experience is preferred.
- Large-scale IT services, enterprise clients, or international and EMEA-based client experience is preferred.
