Role Overview
Support SAP Sales and Distribution implementations, enhancements, and business process optimization.
The role requires functional SAP SD knowledge and hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP SD Order-to-Cash processes.
- Work on sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing, shipping, and invoicing.
- Configure pricing procedures, condition techniques, and output management.
- Handle customer master, business partner, and material-related processes.
- Integrate SAP SD with MM, FI, and other SAP modules.
- Translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate developments with technical teams.
- Support testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide user support.
- Participate in implementation, migration, and enhancement projects.
- Optimize SAP SD processes with business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SAP SD consulting experience.
- Strong SAP S/4HANA SD experience.
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes.
- Hands-on experience with pricing, sales, delivery, shipping, and billing.
- Good understanding of SAP FI and MM integration.
- Experience with SAP implementation and support projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Certification
- A valid SAP Cloud certification is mandatory for a cloud project.
- SAP S/4HANA Cloud certification is preferred.
- Candidates must provide the certification name and credential or certificate ID.
