Workplace

• The position is on site five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, control, and direct operational resources for service work.
• Coordinate execution of service agreements and repair work, procuring labor and materials within financial standards.
• Dispatch and assign team members to projects and schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.
• Coordinate assignment and dispatch of Controls Technicians and HVAC Technicians with project managers and HVAC field technician supervisors.
• Coordinate operational interactions with the Parts Department and Acquisition as necessary.
• Investigate customer concerns, route them to assigned staff, and respond to special requests.
• Generate work orders, review project paperwork, forward it to project administrators, and generate reports.

What you will bring

• College or technical school certificate/degree with one year of related experience or training, or high school diploma/GED with three years of related experience or training.
• Candidates without a four-year degree are encouraged to apply; practical experience and relevant skills are prioritized.
• Excellent customer service skills and comfort communicating effectively by phone.
• Organization, multitasking, prioritization, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as required.
• Familiarity with Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems, and/or Temperature Controls is preferred.

Compensation

• The stated base annual salary range is $50,065 to $80,500.
• The role is salary-based and is not eligible for incentive pay or sales commission.
