Manages service activities and works closely with relevant business units.

Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors; answer phone calls and emails; coordinate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and clients.
- Prepare service schedules and track service performed; procure parts.
- Prepare quotations, delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, and pro forma invoices; update the system.
- Maintain service, job, vendor, and other service operations files.
- Purchase office supplies and oversee maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
- Manage technicians and their requirements; perform other relevant duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related discipline.
- Three years of experience handling accounts, administration, and service coordinator duties or a similar position in the UAE.
- Service industry and annual maintenance contract experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in computer software applications and online systems.
- Multitasking, time-management, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical experience is preferred; service advisors may also apply.
- UAE driving license required.
- English, Hindi, and Arabic required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,000 per month, depending on experience.
