Role overview

Driving and vehicle duties

• Drive company vehicles safely in accordance with UAE traffic regulations.
• Transport technicians, staff, spare parts, tools, batteries, and equipment to customer sites, workshops, and suppliers.
• Collect and deliver golf cart spare parts, materials, and documents as instructed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and monitor fuel levels, tyres, oil, and other basic vehicle requirements.
• Keep accurate vehicle logbooks, trip records, mileage, and fuel receipts.
• Promptly report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic fines, and maintenance requirements.

Operational assistance

• Assist technicians with loading, unloading, and arranging tools, spare parts, and equipment.
• Collect and deliver purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and other documents.
• Help maintain workshop cleanliness and organize tools, materials, and spare parts.
• Follow management and Service Coordinator instructions and provide timely updates on assigned tasks.

Safety and accountability

• Follow UAE traffic laws and company safety procedures; use company vehicles and materials only for authorized purposes.
• Take responsibility for traffic violations attributable to the driver's actions, subject to company procedures and applicable UAE law.
• Handle company property, customer equipment, and documents carefully.

Qualifications and requirements

• A valid UAE driving licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle is required.
• At least 2 years of UAE driving experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and navigation applications is required.
• Basic English communication skills and physical fitness for routine loading and unloading are required.
• Experience in logistics, automotive workshops, golf carts, or technical service companies is advantageous.
• A high school education or equivalent is required.
• The employer values safe driving, time management, vehicle care, fuel accountability, and willingness to support the technical team.

Compensation

• Salary is AED 2,500 per month, plus overtime and workman compensation insurance.
