Role overview

Coordinate service activities and work closely with relevant units.

The role calls for an organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with communication skills and customer-service experience.

Responsibilities

Welcome visitors and answer phone calls and emails.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and clients.
Prepare service schedules and track completed service work.
Procure parts and prepare quotations, delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, and pro forma invoices.
Update systems and maintain service, job, vendor, and related operational files.
Purchase office supplies and oversee maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
Manage technicians and coordinate their requirements.
Perform other relevant duties.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related discipline.
Three years of experience handling accounts and administration duties as a service coordinator or in a similar position in the UAE.
Proficiency in a variety of computer software applications and online systems.
Multitasking, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Service-industry experience and experience handling annual maintenance contracts are advantageous.
Technical experience is preferred; service advisors may also apply.
UAE driving license.
English, Hindi, and Arabic language skills.

Compensation

Salary is AED 2,500–3,000 per month, depending on experience.
Workman compensation insurance will be provided.

Work arrangement

Full-time, permanent role.
Work location is in person.
