- Supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure timely preparation and dispatch of dishes in line with Brand standards andoperating hours.
- Arabic Language and Lebanese Cousine Experience is Mandatory
- Guarantee that every item produced meets the highest standards of Lebanese authenticity, presentation, and taste while
- maintaining speed and accuracy.
- Allocate tasks effectively, manage duty rosters, and hold kitchen team members accountable for performance, teamwork, and
- adherence to standards.
- Control food cost, monitor direct purchases, and minimize wastage while achieving kitchen sales and profitability targets.
- Ensure full compliance with Food Hygiene and Dubai Municipality guidelines, maintaining sanitation and cleanliness at all times.
- Maintain strong working relationships with managers and the front-of-house team to ensure seamless coordination and guest
- satisfaction.
- Support the continuous growth and development of kitchen team members through coaching, feedback, and skill enhancement
- initiatives.
- Uphold all company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards, ensuring consistent product quality, service, and
- cleanliness.
- Coordinate with central kitchen for production planning and daily supply requirements.
- Manage the pass area and ensure all dishes are checked, plated, and dispatched correctly.
- Taste dishes daily to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to standards.
- Set and control PAR levels for all kitchen items based on demand and sales trends
