Responsibilities
- Greet workshop customers and direct them to an available mechanic.
- Assess vehicle concerns through customer discussions, inspections, test drives, maintenance records, and service schedules.
- Review warranty and service contract records and explain coverage provisions and exclusions.
- Consult mechanics on repairs and alternatives to expensive work.
- Open and close job cards and enter details, including timesheets, into the system.
- Prepare vehicle history, unclosed job card, weekly vehicle, and monthly vehicle flow reports.
- Answer calls, schedule appointments, and tell customers when their vehicles are ready for pickup.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Five years of automotive experience required.
- UAE driving license required.
- Reliable commute to Al Quoz or relocation before starting is required.
Pay
- AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person in Al Quoz.
