Role responsibilities
- Assign tasks to denters and painters, communicate instructions, and distribute job cards to technicians.
- Monitor technician productivity; train new employees, set daily objectives, and develop reward systems.
- Work with middle management on methods to meet business goals and team targets.
- Set completion timelines and keep work-in-progress jobs on track and on schedule.
- Test-drive completed vehicles and confirm work meets client expectations or the work order.
- Perform physical quality checks and sign job cards after completion.
- Monitor workload and notify the foreman when overtime may be needed.
- Perform other assigned jobs.
Requirements and preferences
- Five years of automotive repair experience is required.
- Five years of floor-control experience is required.
- Five years of automotive estimating experience is preferred.
- A higher diploma is preferred.
- The job is full-time and in person in Al Quoz.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
