Team Leadership and Work Allocation
- Assign tasks to denters and painters.
- Communicate clear instructions to team members.
- Assign job cards to technicians and monitor productivity.
- Provide on-the-job training and daily objectives for team members.
- Develop reward systems to motivate productivity.
- Coordinate with middle management on methods for meeting business goals.
Planning and Quality Control
- Develop strategies to help the team reach targeted goals.
- Set completion timelines and monitor work-in-progress jobs.
- Test-drive completed vehicles against client or work-order requirements.
- Perform physical quality checks and sign completed job cards.
- Monitor workload and inform the foreman when overtime may be required.
Requirements
- Five years of automotive repair experience is required.
- Five years of floor control experience is required.
- Five years of automotive estimating experience is preferred.
- A higher diploma is preferred.
Job Type and Pay
- The position is full-time.
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person in Mussafah.
