Brooki Bakehouse is seeking a friendly, energetic, customer-focused Server.
The role delivers prompt, professional guest service and supports daily restaurant operations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and explain menus, dishes, ingredients, and specials.
- Take and relay food and beverage orders; serve orders promptly.
- Check guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
- Set tables, clear them, and maintain dining-area cleanliness.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and handling standards; coordinate with kitchen and bar staff.
Requirements
- Previous waiter, waitress, or customer-service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and teamwork.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good organization and multitasking.
- Basic math skills for billing and payments.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
