Brooki Bakehouse seeks a friendly, energetic, customer-focused Server to provide excellent service and support daily restaurant operations.
The bakery is described as an Australian-origin brand known for cookies, brownies, and cakes.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and present menus, explaining dishes, ingredients, and specials.
- Take accurate orders and communicate them to the kitchen; serve food and drinks promptly.
- Check guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
- Set tables, clear them, and maintain dining-area cleanliness.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and food-handling standards.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to support smooth service.
Requirements
- Previous waiter or customer-service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; positive attitude and team-player mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good organization and multitasking skills.
- Basic math skills for billing and payments.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
