About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist & Website Maintenance Manager to oversee and improve our online presence across search engines and digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical SEO, website performance, content optimisation, and ongoing website management.
This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, proactive, and experienced in managing high-performance websites within competitive industries.
SEO Management
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Optimise on-page SEO including metadata, headings, internal linking, and content structure.
Perform technical SEO audits and resolve indexing, crawling, and performance issues.
Monitor rankings, traffic, and website analytics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
Build and manage backlink strategies to improve domain authority.
Track SEO performance and provide monthly reporting with actionable insights.
Website Maintenance
Maintain and update website content, images, and landing pages.
Ensure website functionality, speed, and mobile responsiveness are consistently optimised.
Monitor and fix website errors, broken links, and performance issues.
Manage website security, backups, plugins, and updates.
Coordinate with developers and designers when required for new features or improvements.
Ensure all website content aligns with branding and user experience standards.
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years experience in SEO and website management.
Strong understanding of technical SEO and website architecture.
Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or custom CMS platforms.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is preferred.
Experience improving website speed and Core Web Vitals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in automotive, luxury, or e-commerce industries.
Understanding of conversion optimisation and lead generation strategies.
Familiarity with paid advertising and digital marketing is a plus.
