Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs.
- Ensure compliance with DM, DEWA, DCD, and other UAE authority regulations.
- Review shop drawings, load schedules, technical submittals, and material specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams for project execution.
- Monitor site activities and ensure work follows approved drawings.
- Resolve technical issues, support project teams across project phases, and complete MEP works within deadlines.
Requirements
- B.Tech or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- UAE project experience is mandatory; the posting specifies both a minimum of 5 years and a minimum of 10 years in different sections.
- Strong MEP systems and authority-procedure knowledge.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP design tools.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to work independently and meet project timelines.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay
- Pay range stated as AED 8,000–10,000 per month.
