Role overview

How you'll make an impact

  • Lead risk-based testing across Salesforce, MuleSoft and enterprise data initiatives.
  • Drive automation using Copado Robotic Testing and CI/CD integration.
  • Define quality gates, release readiness and defect-management approaches.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, analysts and product teams to embed quality throughout delivery.
  • Mentor and develop Test Engineers across the practice.
  • Champion continuous improvement and quality engineering standards.
  • Work with Architecture, Product, Engineering, Delivery, Operations and business stakeholders across the software delivery lifecycle.

Technology stack

  • Platforms include Salesforce, MuleSoft and enterprise data platforms.
  • Testing and automation include Copado Robotic Testing and automated regression testing.
  • Tools and interfaces include Azure DevOps, REST and SOAP APIs, DataWeave, integration services, CI/CD pipelines, Git and version control.

Essential experience

  • Extensive quality engineering and test leadership experience in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of test strategy, planning, execution, defect management and release assurance.
  • Hands-on test automation framework experience; Copado Robotic Testing is preferred.
  • Experience testing Salesforce platforms, integrations and enterprise applications.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in regulated environments with governance and audit requirements.

Useful, but not essential

  • ISTQB Advanced qualifications.
  • Salesforce certifications.
  • MuleSoft certifications or practical experience.
  • Financial services, fintech or banking experience.
  • Knowledge of service virtualisation and continuous testing practices.
