Training Strategy and Curriculum

• Lead comprehensive technical training programs for internal teams, customers, implementation partners, and stakeholders.
• Build learning paths covering products, AI solutions, platform capabilities, integrations, APIs, deployment, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Develop instructor-led training, e-learning, onboarding, certification materials, workshops, and technical documentation.
• Improve programs based on product changes, learner feedback, business priorities, and industry practices.

Technical Content Development

• Produce user guides, implementation guides, knowledge articles, SOPs, process documentation, quick reference guides, FAQs, and learning resources.
• Create training covering Generative AI, machine learning, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled business solutions.
• Explain AI concepts, capabilities, limitations, responsible AI principles, and practical use cases for technical and business users.
• Develop hands-on labs, practical exercises, real-world use cases, and scenario-based learning materials.
• Keep content current with product releases, feature enhancements, and platform updates.

Training Delivery and Enablement

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training for employees, customers, partners, and executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, certification programs, and knowledge transfer.
• Support customer enablement to improve adoption, proficiency, and implementation success.
• Evaluate learner progress through assessments, practical exercises, and feedback mechanisms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Product Management, Engineering, Delivery, Professional Services, Customer Success, UX, and Quality Assurance teams.
• Participate in demonstrations, release planning, beta programs, and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate technical accuracy and improve training effectiveness.

Learning Experience and Governance

• Design presentations, diagrams, workflows, architecture illustrations, infographics, and other visual learning assets.
• Create learning templates, presentation standards, and instructional design frameworks.
• Establish content governance standards for consistency, quality, branding, terminology, and instructional effectiveness.
• Measure training through feedback, assessments, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.
• Maintain centralized repositories of technical training and knowledge assets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant computer science, information technology, engineering, technical communication, education, or instructional design discipline.
• Seven to ten years of experience in technical training, enablement, instructional design, technical documentation, or a similar technology role.
• Experience with AI, Generative AI, machine learning, data analytics, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of software development concepts, APIs, cloud platforms, system integrations, and enterprise applications.
• Experience creating technical documentation, presentations, and structured learning materials.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile product environments.

Preferred Skills

• Arabic proficiency is desirable for delivering training and developing materials for Arabic-speaking audiences.
• Experience with learning management systems, e-learning authoring tools, and knowledge management platforms.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools.
• Understanding of responsible AI practices, including privacy, security, transparency, bias awareness, and governance.
