Senior Software Architect

Opportunity

Key responsibilities

• Support presales through customer discovery, demonstrations, presentations, business storylines, and market research.
• Design client solutions and detailed architectures using company or partner offerings.
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams to ensure solutions are viable and implementable.
• Prepare technical RFP and RFI responses and support implementation as liaison among customers, sales, and technical teams.
• Develop partner relationships, monitor industry and competitive developments, attend industry events, and share field feedback.
• Comply with QHSE, business continuity, security, privacy, risk, compliance, and governance policies.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.
• A master’s degree is preferred.
• 7+ years in solutions management, solutions engineering, sales/presales engineering, or a comparable technology-company role.
• Experience in government, enterprise, finance, energy, or utilities domains.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of software, hardware, and networking systems.
• Strong problem-solving ability and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Customer-service orientation focused on customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to travel as required.
