The opportunity

About Presight

Customer delivery

• Lead deployment, configuration, integration, and extension of Presight products within strategic customer environments.
• Own technical delivery from discovery through production rollout.
• Partner with customer stakeholders to understand business challenges, workflows, data environments, and technical constraints.
• Translate requirements into practical solutions while evaluating feasibility, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Travel to customer locations as required for project delivery and engagements.

Engineering delivery

• Design and develop extensions, connectors, workflows, prototypes, and reusable implementation components.
• Develop and maintain production-quality software, APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and application components.
• Build AI-enabled solutions including LLM workflows, retrieval, evaluation, and model integrations.
• Troubleshoot issues across applications, data, integrations, and infrastructure.
• Ensure solutions are secure, reliable, documented, and operationally sustainable.

Product and team collaboration

• Convert recurring customer requirements into reusable product capabilities and implementation patterns.
• Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence priorities and roadmaps.
• Develop playbooks, tools, and best practices that improve deployment efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage trade-offs, remove blockers, and ensure successful delivery.
• Support transition to implementation or operational support with documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Build trusted customer relationships and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Education and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in software engineering, forward deployed engineering, solution engineering, implementation engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience delivering enterprise software solutions within complex customer environments.

Technical requirements

• Strong programming experience in Python, Java, Go, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar modern languages.
• Production software, API, integration, data pipeline, and distributed application development.
• Enterprise software deployment and integration across complex customer environments.
• AI-enabled solutions, including LLM workflows, model integrations, and modern AI engineering practices.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, application architecture, systems integration, databases, and secure software development.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and modern software engineering practices.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience deploying AI, analytics, or enterprise software platforms within large-scale organizations.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps practices.
• Experience developing reusable implementation frameworks, deployment accelerators, or engineering toolkits.
• Relevant cloud, AI, or software engineering certifications.
