Compensation
- CAD $48,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Revun is a SaaS platform for CRM, property operations, leasing, maintenance, payments, payouts, communications, compliance, reporting, AI automation, portals, dashboards, and integrations.
The platform requires strong workflow design, technical understanding, and translation of business operations into software requirements.
About the Role
Own product requirements, roadmap priorities, workflow design, UX alignment, and product delivery.

Challenge unclear ideas, simplify complex workflows, and make product decisions that support development execution.
What You Will Do
- Own roadmap, backlog, feature priorities, and launch readiness.
- Translate business needs into requirements, workflows, stories, acceptance criteria, and development tickets.
- Map workflows and define requirements for roles, permissions, dashboards, integrations, and AI-powered features.
- Guide UX/UI, partner on technical trade-offs, coordinate delivery resources, and support QA and UAT.
- Conduct discovery, identify gaps and blockers, define success criteria, and assess post-release performance.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a relevant bachelor's degree; a technical degree is strongly preferred.
- Bring 7+ years of product management or comparable product ownership experience.
- Bring 4+ years on complex SaaS or operational platforms.
- Have strong technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, databases, permissions, system dependencies, and AI functionality.
- Have experience with discovery, user research, backlog prioritization, UAT, release planning, and launch readiness.
- Communicate fluently in written and verbal English.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience in PropTech, real estate technology, property management, fintech, field service, compliance, marketplaces, or operational SaaS.
- Experience with AI/LLM workflows, payments, reconciliation, accounting, or financially sensitive workflows.
- Experience improving an existing SaaS platform, preparing a product for commercial launch, or working with remote engineering teams.
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday to Friday.
- Availability during core Eastern Time business hours is required.
