About Revun

Revun is building a software platform for property owners, property managers, brokerages, maintenance providers, service professionals, and real estate organizations.

The platform combines CRM, leasing, maintenance, accounting, payments, communications, workflow automation, compliance, reporting, AI, integrations, and stakeholder portals.

The product aims to simplify complex business processes, reduce manual work, improve visibility, and support efficient operations.

About the Role

Lead the UX/UI design of Revun's web and mobile product experience.

Design complex SaaS, marketplace, dashboard, workflow, portal, and multi-user systems rather than only attractive screens.

Work with leadership, engineering, and product stakeholders to simplify workflows, improve usability, create scalable design systems, and prepare for commercial launch.

Use AI tools to support research, ideation, UX copy, layout exploration, user flows, and documentation while applying independent product judgment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design web and mobile experiences for a complex SaaS and marketplace-style platform.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and developer-ready specifications.
  • Design workflows for multiple user types, including owners, tenants, vendors, service providers, partners, and administrators.
  • Improve information architecture, navigation, dashboards, forms, portals, workflows, and mobile experiences.
  • Maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, UI patterns, and style standards.
  • Identify edge cases and confusing flows, collaborate with developers, review builds, and provide design QA feedback.
  • Use AI responsibly to accelerate research, ideation, documentation, and workflow development.
  • Support commercial launch readiness through clear, usable, and consistent product experiences.

Required Experience

  • 6+ years of UX/UI, product design, or related digital product design experience.
  • Experience with complex SaaS, marketplace, CRM, workflow, fintech, operational dashboard, or other multi-role software products.
  • Strong experience designing web and mobile product experiences.
  • Strong Figma skills covering components, Auto Layout, variants, design systems, prototyping, and developer handoff.
  • Experience with dashboards, forms, tables, workflows, portals, profiles, settings, notifications, and role-based experiences.
  • Experience working directly with engineers and product stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of user flows, information architecture, interaction design, usability, visual hierarchy, responsive design, and design systems.
  • Experience using AI tools for research, UX writing, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, or product documentation.
  • Ability to explain design decisions through user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Strong attention to detail, written and spoken English, and independent remote working ability.

Strongly Preferred Experience

  • Marketplace or multi-sided product design experience.
  • Property technology, real estate, maintenance, field-service, booking, fintech, CRM, or enterprise workflow experience.
  • Designing products with multiple user types and role-based permissions.
  • Payment, transaction, vendor, booking, service-request, or dashboard workflow experience.
  • AI-powered product features or AI-assisted workflow experience.
  • Improving an existing product, startup experience, usability testing, product analytics, user research, or customer feedback loops.
  • Creating design systems from the ground up.

AI Expectations

  • Use AI for UX research organization, user-flow exploration, wireframe ideation, interface-copy options, requirement organization, edge-case discovery, and design-system documentation.
  • Use AI for competitive research summaries, prototype concepts, usability-test summaries, and design iteration.
  • Review and improve AI-assisted work using user needs, product logic, business goals, usability, accessibility, and technical feasibility.

The Person We Are Looking For

Think like a product designer rather than focusing only on visual styling.

Make complicated workflows clear, simple, and logical for users with different information, permissions, dashboards, and actions.

Consider edge cases, empty states, errors, mobile responsiveness, role-based access, data-heavy screens, and developer handoff.

Work confidently with engineers and leadership and explain why design decisions matter.

What Success Looks Like

The platform becomes easier to understand and use, with clearer core workflows and more consistent web and mobile experiences.

Developers receive complete, buildable design specifications and the design system becomes scalable and reusable.

Product screens become modern, professional, and commercially ready, with fewer confusing steps for users.

AI improves design speed, quality, and documentation while supporting product launch and long-term growth.

Compensation

  • The description states a compensation range of CAD $24,000–$36,000 annually.
  • Final compensation depends on experience, product-design depth, SaaS and marketplace experience, AI-assisted workflow capability, communication skills, and independent working ability.
