Compensation
- The compensation range is CAD $48,000-$60,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

The role provides product direction to UX/UI, engineering, and QA while working with the Senior Software Architect on technical execution.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap, backlog, feature priorities, and launch readiness.
- Translate business needs into requirements, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and development tickets.
- Map workflows across CRM, leasing, maintenance, payments, reporting, AI, integrations, and portals.
- Coordinate UX/UI, frontend, backend, AI, integration, QA, and DevOps work.
- Define AI feature requirements and decide when AI, automation, or human review should be used.
- Conduct discovery, identify product gaps and blockers, and define measurable success criteria.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business.
- 7+ years of product management, technical product management, or comparable product ownership experience.
- 4+ years working on complex operational, SaaS, CRM, workflow automation, marketplace, fintech, PropTech, or field-service platforms.
- Experience creating development-ready requirements, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
- Experience taking features through UX/UI, development, QA, release, and post-release evaluation.
- Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, databases, permissions, dependencies, AI functionality, and SaaS platforms.
- Experience with product discovery, user research, prioritization, UAT, release planning, and launch readiness.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- A technical degree is strongly preferred.
- Experience with PropTech, property management, fintech, field service, compliance, marketplace, or operational SaaS platforms is preferred.
- Experience with AI/LLM workflows, payments, payouts, reconciliation, accounting, or other sensitive financial workflows is preferred.
- Experience preparing an existing SaaS platform for commercial launch is preferred.
- Experience working with remote or offshore engineering teams or directly with founders is preferred.
Schedule and Workplace
- The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, and remote.
- Availability during core Eastern Time business hours is required.
