Technical Oversight and Coordination
- Oversee technical reviews and coordinate specialist technical support across MEP, Fire & Life Safety, and other building services disciplines.
- Coordinate with appointed technical consultants and stakeholders to ensure MEP requirements are addressed.
- Manage coordination between base-building infrastructure and property-specific requirements to ensure compatibility and compliance.
Compliance and Reviews
- Ensure technical reviews and related activities comply with applicable Fire & Life Safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Align technical reviews and delivery activities with project specifications, applicable regulations, and authority requirements.
- Review technical submissions, identify potential technical gaps, and recommend actions to support compliance.
Consultants and Stakeholders
- Coordinate with appointed specialist consultants to obtain technical expertise and support.
- Work with property management teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical and interface-related issues.
Pay
- AED 18,000–28,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is in person.
Requirements
- Experience in MEP, building services, or technical project management; the posting asks applicants to state their years of experience but specifies no minimum.
