Key responsibilities
- Oversee technical reviews and specialist support across MEP, Fire & Life Safety, and other building-services disciplines.
- Coordinate with appointed technical consultants and stakeholders to address MEP requirements.
- Ensure Fire & Life Safety technical activities comply with regulations and statutory requirements.
- Manage interfaces between base-building infrastructure and property-specific requirements.
- Coordinate specialist consultants and align technical delivery with project specifications, regulations, and authority requirements.
- Work with property management, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical interface issues.
- Review technical submissions, identify gaps, and provide compliance recommendations.
Experience
- Experience in MEP, building services, or technical project management; applicants are asked to provide years of experience.
- Experience managing reviews for commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or retail developments is queried.
- Two years of community mall experience is preferred.
Pay
- AED 18,000 to AED 28,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
