Key responsibilities
- Oversee technical reviews and coordinate specialist support across MEP, fire and life safety, and other building services disciplines.
- Coordinate with appointed technical consultants and stakeholders to ensure MEP requirements are addressed.
- Ensure technical reviews and related activities comply with fire and life safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Manage technical coordination between base-building infrastructure and property-specific requirements for compatibility and compliance.
- Coordinate specialist consultants and work with property management teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical and interface issues.
- Ensure reviews and delivery align with project specifications, regulations, and authority requirements.
- Review technical submissions, identify gaps, and recommend actions to meet project requirements.
Pay
- Pay is AED 18,000–28,000 per month.
Work arrangement
- Work location is in person.
