Role overview
Hands-on technical leadership role designing and developing enterprise healthcare and insurance applications.
Focus areas include C#, .NET, architecture, performance, security, and engineering excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable applications using C# and ASP.NET Core.
- Own application architecture, integrations, and system design decisions.
- Drive software quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with Platform, QA, Data, and Product teams.
- Mentor engineers through design reviews and technical guidance.
- Support AI-assisted development practices and cloud-native solutions.
Requirements
- 12 or more years of software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Oracle.
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, messaging technologies, and NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, DevSecOps, and software architecture.
- Healthcare, insurance, or regulated-environment experience is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 25,000 to AED 35,000 per month.
Work arrangement
- Work location is in person.
