Overview
- Prepare and review VAT, Withholding Tax (WHT), and Zakat returns.
- Extract and analyze Trial Balances and General Ledgers related to tax accounts.
- Prepare Input and Output VAT reports and perform reconciliations.
- Reconcile Output VAT with Revenue GL.
- Coordinate with branches and departments to obtain invoices and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper documentation and archiving of all tax files.
- Prepare VAT summary reports and submit them to the tax consultant for review.
- File tax returns through ZATCA portal and monitor submission status.
- Handle VAT refunds and ensure proper accounting treatment.
- Support e-invoicing compliance and reporting requirements.
- Prepare WHT summaries and ensure timely filing and payment.
- Assist in Zakat calculations and annual filings.
- Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and ZATCA representatives.
- Improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce processing time.
Skills
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP knowledge (SAP preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
