Job Purpose
To plan and coordinate mechanical preventive, Periodic maintenance activities for Melt shop equipment, prepare, follow up and issue reports for maintenance activities including manpower, spare parts consumption. and maintenance cost to improve equipment performance and achieve production plan.
Plan and coordinate SAP PM and MM.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Plan and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities and issue Monthly/Yearly maintenance plan
2.
Prepare, coordinate and follow up periodical, minor and major mechanical maintenance activities plan.
3.
Follow up and issue mechanical preventive maintenance orders and record feedback data in maintenance database.
4.
Follow up equipment failure repair and its reflection on maintenance activities plans.
5.
Prepare and issue reports after executing mechanical maintenance activities (periodical, minor and major).
6.
Follow up and coordinate mechanical maintenance section activities with other sections and departments
7.
Monitor and report on expenditure items (spare parts and maintenance cost).
8.
Follow up spare parts and work budgets preparation and execution for Mechanical Maintenance section.
9.
Execute any other works required by his direct manager without violating Company Rules.
