Responsibilities

Oversee the financial operations of all branches, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures to maintain financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals, utilizing advanced financial modeling and analysis tools to drive decision-making.
3.
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for each branch, working closely with branch managers to ensure financial targets are met and exceeded.
4.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, providing regular reports to senior management to inform strategic planning and operational adjustments.
5.
Conduct regular audits of branch financial activities, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks and enhance financial controls.
6.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and improve operational processes, leveraging technology to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
7.
Provide mentorship and training to finance staff across branches, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
8.
Engage with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
9.
Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention through effective financial management and service delivery at each branch.
Skills
- Strong financial analysis skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights preferably from manufacturing or recycling Industry.
- Expertise in budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial targets are met.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making.
- Leadership skills to effectively manage and mentor finance teams across multiple branches.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the accounting industry to mitigate financial risks.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and presenting financial information clearly.
- Ability to leverage technology for improving operational efficiencies and enhancing financial processes.
- Ability to work under a dual reporting structure (Operations/Branches)
- High level of autonomy and ability to manage responsibilities independently.
