• Project Planning & Scheduling
- Develop, maintain, and optimize integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Establish schedule baselines and ensure alignment with project execution plans.
- Identify critical paths, constraints, and schedule risks; propose mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams for schedule inputs.
- Project Controls
- Implement and manage project control systems including cost control, progress measurement, and reporting frameworks.
- Monitor project performance against KPIs, baselines, and contractual requirements.
- Conduct variance analysis (schedule, cost, productivity) and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage change control processes and ensure proper documentation and impact assessment.
• Reporting & Governance
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Present schedule and cost performance updates to project leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company project management standards and procedures.
• Risk & Issue Management
- Identify, assess, and monitor project risks and opportunities.
- Maintain risk registers and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Escalate critical issues in a timely manner.
• Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and mentor planning and control teams.
- Facilitate coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support audits, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in project planning and controls, preferably in EPC, construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project control tools.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and EVM.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
