Searchability MENA is partnered with a Global Tech Consultancy. They are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help grow their operations from the ground up in the UAE and wider GCC.
This is a fantastic time to join the organization as it embarks on a period of hyperscale growth. You will be placing top-tier candidates to be deployed onto projects with leading organizations.
👀 Here's what they're looking for: 👀
- 5+ years of experience in technology recruitment.
- Experience working within the GCC market.
- Strong headhunting and talent sourcing capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of candidates and vacancies simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Arabic is highly desired
