Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and forward-thinking Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Capital function. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives, partner with stakeholders across the business, and ensure we attract and hire top-tier talent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment across multiple business units
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs and hiring priorities
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub referrals)
• Utilize data and key talent acquisition metrics to track progress and optimize hiring outcomes
• Ensure alignment with best practices, policies, and local regulations
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party providers
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and systems

Key Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on technical recruitment
• Proven track record hiring for technical roles in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
• Strong understanding of technical roles, skills and market trends
• Degree qualification (Master’s preferred) in HR or a related field
