Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Middle East

Role overview

What you will do

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, social media, talent communities, industry events, employee referrals, and networking.
• Advise hiring managers and business leaders on recruitment practices, market insights, and hiring processes.
• Manage recruitment end to end, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns to build regional talent pipelines.
• Lead workforce planning and advise on talent availability, salary benchmarking, and Middle East market trends.
• Improve recruitment processes, systems, and candidate experience to support business growth.

What you bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Recruitment experience in engineering, technical consultancy, construction, infrastructure, or professional services.
• Experience recruiting across the Middle East and understanding of UAE and GCC labor markets.
• Successful sourcing and hiring across multiple disciplines and countries.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment technologies.
• Fluent in English.

Work location and team

• The role is based in the Dubai office and is part of the global Talent Acquisition team.
• Work with business leaders and colleagues across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, and Jordan.
