Our client, a leading organization in Dubai, is looking for an experienced
Senior System Engineer
to join their growing IT team.
If you’re passionate about designing, implementing, and managing robust IT infrastructure, this could be your next big move.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure
- Manage and optimize Windows/Linux servers and virtualization environments
- Ensure system security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies are in place
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business-critical applications
- Lead system upgrades, migrations, and automation initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in system engineering or similar roles
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus)
- Solid understanding of networking, storage, and security principles
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, AWS) are advantageous
