Active Directory Administration
- Administer and maintain Domain Controllers, (OUs) & User and Group Management
- Monitor and troubleshoot Active Directory replication and authentication issues.
- Conduct routine AD health checks and maintenance activities.
- Support domain security hardening and compliance initiatives.
- Experience with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID is a plus.
Group Policy Management
- Design, implement, and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
- Implement security policies and system restrictions using GPOs.
Enterprise Veeam Backup Administration
- Administer and manage Enterprise Veeam Backup & Replication infrastructure.
- Conduct restores testing and disaster recovery exercises and optimize backup performance.
- Manage backup repositories, retention policies, and storage utilization.
Infrastructure Support & Monitoring
- Monitor server Domain Controller & Backup infrastructure availability and performance.
- Provide Level 2 / Level 3 technical support for infrastructure-related incidents.
