Senior Structural Engineer (Fabrication),

• you will;
• Lead the structural engineering design and analysis for onshore/offshore oil & gas facilities
• Develop detailed fabrication drawings, structural calculations, and design reports
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and fabrication documents
• Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (e.g., AISC, API, BS, Eurocodes)
• Interface with fabrication yards, procurement, and construction teams to ensure design integrity
• Provide technical guidance during fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases
• Conduct structural assessments for platforms, pipe racks, modules, and industrial structures
• Participate in design reviews, HAZOP/HAZID sessions, and project meetings
• Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing within the team

Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in structural engineering within EPC projects in oil & gas
• Proven experience in fabrication engineering and module/structural steel detailing
• Experience working with major EPC contractors or fabrication yards

Education / Certifications / Licenses

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering

Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of offshore/onshore structural design practices
• Proficiency in engineering software such as STAAD Pro, SAP2000, ETABS, SACS, or similar
• Familiarity with
• fabrication standards, welding procedures, and material specifications
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
