Lead Planning and Control Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Lead Control & Planning Engineer to join our team supporting ADNOC EPC projects.
This role is critical in driving project planning, scheduling, cost control, and performance monitoring to ensure successful project delivery in line with ADNOC standards.

Lead Planning and Control Engineer,
- you will;
- Lead the development and maintenance of integrated project schedules using Primavera (P6)
- Oversee planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and reporting across EPC phases
- Monitor and control project costs, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project objectives
- Conduct critical path analysis, risk assessments, and mitigation planning
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC project controls standards and reporting requirements
- Interface with project management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams
- Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards, KPIs, and progress reports for internal and client stakeholders
- Lead and mentor planning & cost control teams
Education / Certifications / Licenses
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related discipline)
Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project controls within EPC Oil & Gas projects
- Proven experience working on ADNOC projects (mandatory)
Skills and Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Excel, and project reporting tools
- Strong knowledge of cost control, earned value management (EVM), and risk management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
