We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to lead mechanical construction activities for large-scale EPC projects in the oil & gas sector.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Construction Manager (Mechanical),
- you will
- Lead and manage all mechanical construction activities on-site, including piping, static and rotating equipment installation.
- Ensure construction execution aligns with project schedule, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams to drive seamless project delivery.
- Supervise subcontractors and site teams to ensure optimal productivity and compliance.
- Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and progress reviews.
- Ensure adherence to international codes, standards, and company procedures.
- Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
Education / Certifications / Licenses
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in mechanical construction within oil & gas EPC projects.
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction teams in refinery, petrochemical, or upstream/downstream projects.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of piping systems, mechanical equipment, and construction methodologies.
- Familiarity with international standards (ASME, API, ISO).
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commitment to Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) standards.
