We are looking for a Senior Strategy Analyst to drive high-impact strategic initiatives that shape growth and investment decisions.

This role combines financial modelling, market intelligence and structured problem-solving to support leadership with actionable insights and board-level deliverables.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop business cases, evaluate investments, and support strategic ventures.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Build and own advanced financial models (business cases, valuations, scenario analysis, ROI tracking)

• Conduct structured research and benchmarking across global Proptech, real estate and adjacent sectors

• Translate complex data into executive-ready insights and recommendations

• Develop high-quality, board-level presentations with strong storytelling

• Support end-to-end strategy development (market entry, growth strategy, operating models)

• Conduct market sizing, demand assessments, and competitive analysis

• Design and validate business models, pricing strategies, and revenue streams

• Drive performance tracking frameworks (KPIs, dashboards, value creation metrics)

• Support investment evaluation and commercial due diligence

• Structure ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses and outputs

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and operations teams

• Ensure data quality and analytical rigor across strategy deliverables

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)

• 3+ years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy

• Strong financial modelling and investment analysis experience

• Experience in real estate, proptech, or infrastructure (preferred)
