We are currently supporting a leading organisation in Dubai with the search for an experienced IT SecOps Specialist to join their growing technology and cybersecurity function.
This role will focus on IT infrastructure security operations, security governance across operational environments, vendor coordination, and participation in enterprise change management activities.
We are looking for candidates with strong hands-on experience across infrastructure security, operational cybersecurity support, and enterprise IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage IT security operations across enterprise infrastructure environments
- Review infrastructure activities and changes from an IT security perspective
- Participate in CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings and security governance activities
- Coordinate with external security vendors and internal IT/infrastructure teams
- Support vulnerability remediation, patch governance, and security hardening activities
- Assist in monitoring and improving security controls across servers, endpoints, networks, and cloud infrastructure
- Support incident response, security investigations, and operational risk mitigation
- Ensure security compliance with internal standards and operational procedures
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience within IT Security Operations / Infrastructure Security
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and security operations
- Experience participating in CABs and change management processes
- Experience coordinating with security vendors and third-party providers
- Exposure to security tools such as SIEM, EDR, firewalls, IAM, or vulnerability management platforms
- Good understanding of operational cybersecurity best practices
- Experience within enterprise or large-scale environments preferred
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications are advantageous
