Senior Research Analyst – Real Estate

A leading organisation in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Research Analyst to support strategic decision-making through high-quality real estate market intelligence across Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
This role focuses on collecting, validating and analysing market data and translating insights into structured reports for senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end collection, validation and analysis of real estate market data
- Track market trends across asset classes (residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use)
- Develop regular market intelligence outputs (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Validate and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy
- Build and maintain a reliable single source of truth for market data
- Translate complex datasets into clear, decision-ready insights
- Support strategy initiatives including market sizing and feasibility analysis
- Prepare presentations and structured reports for executive audiences
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in real estate market research, consulting, or data analytics focused on real estate
- Background in advisory firms (e.g., CBRE, JLL, Knight Frank) is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of real estate KPIs (transactions, pricing, supply, yields, absorption, etc.)
- Experience working with transaction data, market reports, and benchmarking sources
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, economics, engineering, or related field
Preferred
- Experience supporting strategy or investment decision-making
- Certifications such as RICS, CFA, or similar are a plus
• Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (on-site)
- Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience
