Operations PMO Analyst

A leading organisation in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Operations PMO Analyst to support the delivery of multiple digital and operational initiatives.

The role focuses on structured execution oversight, performance tracking, risk management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Support delivery of multiple operational and digital initiatives across teams

• Track scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies

• Develop and maintain dashboards, templates, and reporting structures

• Monitor progress and identify risks, issues, and execution bottlenecks

• Coordinate across operations, digital, and stakeholder teams

• Support governance, planning, and structured reporting across initiatives

• Oversee third-party vendors and track delivery against SLAs

• Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

• Prepare presentations and reporting for leadership stakeholders

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in PMO, program management, operations or consulting

• Strong delivery tracking and coordination experience

• Experience managing dashboards, reporting, and governance processes

• Strong analytical and organisational skills

• Experience with risk, dependency, and issue management

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or related field

Preferred

• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives

• Exposure to public-sector or large-scale operational programs

• Familiarity with real estate ecosystem is a plus

Additional Information

• Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (on-site)

• Salary: Up to 25,000 AED per month (depending on experience)
