Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Stealth Integration Engineer.

The successful candidate will design, develop and validate experimentally Radar Absorbing Materials (RAM) and stealth solutions, with a focus on radar cross-section (RCS) reduction.

Job Responsibilities

· Design, development, characterization and optimization of radar absorbing and stealth materials.

· Evaluate and select advanced materials, additives, and nanostructures to enhance radar absorption and overall stealth performance.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address stealth and electromagnetic challenges.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and research trends in stealth engineering.

· Contribute to the integration of stealth technologies on platforms (air, naval, and land) for RCS reduction.

· Perform failure analysis and root cause investigations for electromagnetic material performance issues in operational environments.

· Implement scalable manufacturing processes for electromagnetic materials, ensuring quality control and repeatability.

· Support technology transfer from R&D to production, including documentation, process specifications, and supplier engagement.

Qualifications

and experience:

· Master’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related discipline.

· Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in the design, fabrication, and testing of radar absorbing materials (RAM).

· Demonstrated experience in RCS reduction techniques is highly desirable.

· Strong understanding of electromagnetic materials characterization methods and measurement techniques.
