s to join its dynamic and fast-paced team.
The successful candidate will lead the planning, organization and delivery of a diverse portfolio of events and activations designed to strengthen brand awareness, engage key partners and stakeholders, and support strategic business objectives.
The role spans large-scale hosted events, exhibitions, sponsorship activations, internal events and participation arrangements, requiring the ability to move seamlessly from strategic planning to hands-on operational delivery.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple high-profile events simultaneously.
The role also involves directing and managing event agencies in the UAE and internationally, ensuring consistent quality, effective delivery and alignment with TII’s objectives.
The role also has responsibility of 2 line-management direct reports within the department.
International travel will be required, including the flexibility to support short-notice commitments as needed as this is a highly demanding role

Expe
- rience:
- Proven experience in Events or a similar role, with a track record of successful event planning and execution both locally and internationally for a large government-based organ
- ization.Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simulta
- neously.Solid organizational and attention to
- detail.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to oversee events as needed. International travel and short notice commitment will also be required in this demandi
- ng role.A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event man
- agement.
