Senior Specialist - Procurement Compliance Audit

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute comprehensive audits of procurement activities to verify compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and contractual obligations.
- Identify gaps and risks in procurement processes and collaborate with stakeholders to develop remediation plans.
- Ensure audit findings are documented accurately and communicated effectively to relevant teams.
2. Risk Assessment and Monitoring
- Conduct risk assessments related to procurement operations and recommend mitigating controls.
- Monitor and report on compliance trends and emerging risks within procurement activities.
3. Policy Support and Training
- Assist in updating procurement compliance policies and procedures in line with changing regulations.
- Support the delivery of training sessions to enhance staff awareness of procurement compliance requirements.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with procurement teams, finance, and audit functions to support compliance objectives.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors to facilitate audit activities and respond to audit queries.
