Summary

Air Quality Monitoring

• Develop and implement air quality monitoring plans for construction projects.
• Conduct regular air sampling and testing to measure pollutant levels.
• Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of air monitoring equipment

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Analyze air quality data and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Identify trends and potential environmental impacts related to construction
• activities.
• Provide recommendations to mitigate negative air quality impacts.

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations and
• standards.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in air quality regulations and update company policies
• accordingly.
• Prepare and submit required regulatory reports and documentation.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate
• air quality considerations into project planning and execution.
• Educate and train construction personnel on air quality management practices and
• compliance requirements.
• Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies regarding air quality
• issues.

Qualifications

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a
• related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in air quality monitoring and environmental compliance,
• preferably in the construction industry.
• IOSH certification and NEBOSH certification are a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of air quality monitoring techniques, equipment, and data
• analysis.
• Familiarity with local, regional, and national air quality regulations air quality
• regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using air monitoring software and tools

Language Ability

• English: Read, Spoke and written is a must
• Arabic: Read, Spoke and Written is a must
• French: Read, Spoke and Written is a plus
