Position Overview

• The Senior Specialist - Receiving plays a crucial role in the efficient functioning of our distribution center operations by overseeing and optimizing the receiving processes.
• This senior specialist ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established procedures, contributing to the overall success of the distribution center.
• **Receiving Operations:** Oversee all aspects of receiving operations, including unloading, sorting, and processing inbound shipments. Ensure the accurate and timely documentation of received shipments, including updating inventory records.
• **Team Leadership:** Supervise team members, providing guidance in receiving operations, fostering efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork.
• **Collaboration:** Collaborate with other warehouse departments, such as inventory control, warehouse operations, and quality control, to ensure the efficient receiving of products.
• **Performance Monitoring:** Ensure monitoring of receiving operations to maintain a high level of operational efficiency.
• **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure compliance with relevant safety and regulatory requirements in the receiving area.
• **Qualification and Experience**:
• 3+ years of experience in distribution center receiving operations, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
• Leadership knowledge of receiving processes, inventory systems, and supply chain operations.
• Experience in a relevant field.
