• **Job Title: Senior Solution Architect — Banking & Digital Transformation**
• **Location: Dubai**

• **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
•  Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design  Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance digital ecosystems using microservices, API-led integration, and event-driven architecture patterns  Architect cloud-native solutions on Azure and AWS, leveraging Kubernetes, Docker, Kong API Gateway, IBM MQ, and Apache Kafka  Define and govern integration and interfacing patterns across core banking systems, payment engines, reconciliation platforms, and surrounding systems  Design STP and Non-STP payment processing flows, rules engine configurations, and bulk/automated payment and reconciliation frameworks  Drive AI/ML-powered automation initiatives using frameworks such as Ollama and LangChain, including NLP model enhancement for IVR automation  Implement robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism to streamline operational processes  Design and optimize business process automation workflows using IBM BPM and Pega, supporting business process re-engineering initiatives  Develop high-performance front-end solutions using React and Angular for digital banking channels, ensuring exceptional user experience  Define and enforce non-functional architecture requirements including scalability, high availability, resilience, performance, and security  Conduct integration and solution design workshops with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical solutions  Develop business process models using UML, wireframes, and mock-ups to translate complex requirements into actionable solution blueprints  Ensure requirement traceability and governance through structured documentation using Word, Excel, Visio, and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps  Embed DevOps practices and Agile delivery methodologies to accelerate delivery while maintaining architectural integrity  Align digital application strategies with enterprise architecture standards, ensuring regulatory compliance and sustainable technology modernization  Support full project lifecycle activities from requirements analysis, solution design, build/configuration, testing, UAT, to production rollout  Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery partners to ensure solution alignment and organizational buy-in
• MANDATORY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE  10+ years of extensive experience in IT Architecture and Solution Design within the banking/financial services domain  Detailed knowledge of Retail banking onboarding processes across different products  Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, AWS, Microservices Architecture, and API-led Integration  Proficiency in Kubernetes, Kong API Gateway, IBM MQ, and Apache Kafka  Strong experience in integration and interfacing with core banking and surround systems  Deep understanding of non-functional requirements including scalability, security, resilience, and high availability  Experience in payables and receivables management  Proven track record of conducting integration and solution design workshops  Experience STP and Non-STP processes, and AI Driven rules engine setup  50% Functional and 50% Technical capability — must bridge business requirements with technical solution design  Must have application knowledge in Retail Detail channels  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent documentation capabilities  Fair understanding of various stages of the project lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, build/configuration, testing, and rollout
• **PREFERRED / GOOD-TO-HAVE SKILLS**
•  Experience in AI/ML frameworks such as Ollama and LangChain  Hands-on experience with RPA platforms — Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism  Experience with business process automation tools — IBM BPM and Pega  Proficiency in front-end technologies — React and Angular  Back-end development experience with Spring Boot and Node.js  NLP model development and IVR automation experience  Understanding of any Core Banking systems (e.g., T24, Finacle)  Business Process Management / Re-Engineering experience  Exposure to requirement management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps)  Experience in Open Finance ecosystem architecture  Knowledge of business process modelling tools (UML), mock-ups, and wireframes
• **EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS**
•  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field  Relevant certifications in Cloud (Azure/AWS), Architecture (TOGAF), or Agile methodologies are preferred  Professional certifications in banking technology or digital transformation are an added advantage
