We are looking for an experienced Consultant, CPRI – Loan Portfolio Management to join a leading banking institution in Abu Dhabi.

✔ 7+ years of experience in Corporate Banking, with a strong focus on Lending and Loan Portfolio Management

✔ Solid background in Credit & Political Risk Insurance (CPRI), Credit Risk Insurance (CRI), Structured Risk Transfer (SRT), or related insurance products

✔ Strong understanding of corporate credit, loan lifecycle management, and insurance processes (pre- and post-closing)

✔ Experience working with regulatory frameworks such as AML, KYC, CBUAE, FSRA, and CRR

✔ Ability to collaborate across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, IT, and Business teams

✔ Experience with insurance policy review, claims management, SOP development, stakeholder management, and UAT coordination

🎓 Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)

💡 Familiarity with core banking systems, CRM tools, and insurance platforms

💡 Agile/Scrum experience is an advantage

Job Title: Consultant, CPRI-Loan Portfolio Management .

Mandatory: Credit insurance / CRI type background. corporate banking background and are experienced in loan portfolio management, in addition to having familiarity with credit and political risk insurance



Analyze and document business requirements (including Product Program) corporate lending and insurance products  Prepare and coordinate relevant product approvals from HO and ADGM  Support the development and implementation of lending and insurance platform at ADGM  Collaborate with stakeholders to set up the credit insurance and claim process at the ADGM  Conduct gap analysis and propose enhancements to existing systems and workflows in line with regulatory requirements, legal frameworks and documentation  Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., AML, KYC,CRR, CBUAE, FSRA)  Prepare business cases, process maps, and functional specifications  Liaise with ADGM Management, IT, risk, compliance, other business / support units (such as coverage, loan origination, loan distribution, loan portfolio management, legal, finance, , CAD, operations) to deliver end-to-end solutions  Monitor KPIs and generate reports to support strategic decision-making  Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support post-implementation reviews  Review insurance policies and support creation of checklists (pre/post binding)  Develop CPRI related SOPs  Facilitate insurance related training for existing and new team-members within the LPM team and with relevant stakeholders in the Bank  Manage monitoring of CPRI loans post policy binding throughout the lifecycle of the transaction  Manage relationships with brokers, insurers and other stakeholders (internal/external) for effective execution and post binding management QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:  Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)  7+ years of experience in corporate banking specifically in Lending. Insurance knowledge specifically related to insurance (CPRI, SRT etc.) is a key requirement  Strong understanding of corporate credit, loan lifecycle, and insurance(pre and post close matters)  Familiarity with core banking systems, CRM tools, and insurance platforms  Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
